Our Story
OSS Manager was founded in 2025 out of a real need experienced by martial arts practitioners and academy managers: the challenge of maintaining simple, effective, and affordable management.
We realized that—from small schools to large academies—everyone faces common difficulties when it comes to organizing attendance, belt progressions, classes, events, and internal tournaments.
With that in mind, we developed an intuitive platform focused on what truly matters: supporting the growth of academies and valuing the journey of their students. We believe that technology can be a powerful ally in the daily routines of martial arts academies, as long as it's simple to use and fairly priced.
